Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check cashing, and account deposits.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and build lasting relationships.
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing duties and cash balancing.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the lobby and teller line.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the trainee role.
