Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check cashing, and account deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the branch, ensuring security and compliance with banking regulations.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Identify and refer customers to appropriate banking professionals for complex financial needs.
- Maintain accurate daily balancing and reconciliation of cash drawers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking is preferred but not required for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
