Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Sell bank products and services (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) through consultative conversations
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transactions with precision
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance financial knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
