Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Master advanced cash handling, fraud detection, and digital banking platforms
- Collaborate with branch leadership to optimize customer experience workflows
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and skill development workshops
- Support community outreach initiatives representing the bank's brand values
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or 2+ years customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure transactions with exceptional attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA) and financial terminology
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong aptitude for learning digital banking technologies and CRM systems
- Valid California Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
- Pass background check and credit score requirement (minimum 650)
