Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist with mobile app usage
- Train on complex services: wire transfers, foreign currency, and loan payments
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
