Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, transaction processing, and account management protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and issues
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Uphold stringent compliance and security standards for all transactions
- Build client relationships through proactive account promotion
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve quarterly service goals
- Participate in cross-functional training for personal banking services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience a plus
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for branch errands
