Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their daily banking needs.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Introduce and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all bank security and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic math skills and a strong attention to detail are essential.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory for this Trainee role.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
