Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Open new checking/savings accounts and explain digital banking features
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries using FNB's customer-first protocol
- Adhere to all BSA/AML compliance and security procedures
- Participate in daily branch operations balancing and audits
- Complete all required training modules within 12-week period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Must pass background check and credit review
- PA Notary Public certification (training provided)
