Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional front-line service.
- Introduce and cross-sell our suite of financial products to new and existing clients.
- Handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security and compliance protocols.
- Assist in balancing daily teller drawers and reporting discrepancies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Learn and navigate core banking software and digital banking tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- Willingness to obtain necessary banking certifications as required.
