Your Day-to-Day
As a Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced supervisors to learn the essential functions of a teller while interacting directly with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile accounts with high precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Learn and assist with cross-selling financial products to meet branch goals.
- Operate banking software and point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Uphold strict security and compliance policies regarding Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with a proven attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting bags of coin).
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
