Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA, AML) and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service kiosks
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software quickly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Must pass background check and credit check (no significant negative marks)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
