Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and perform daily balancing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries efficiently
- Learn and adhere to all bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Assist with cross-selling bank products and services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking procedures and systems
Qualifications
