Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their overall banking experience.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and explain banking products and services effectively.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products to meet branch goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to maintain a positive, professional branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory for our trainee program.
- Strong mathematical skills with the proven ability to handle money accurately under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with diverse clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the branch schedule.
- Must pass a background check, credit check, and pre-employment screening.
