- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, scrub, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Assist in the creation of monthly performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Tool Proficiency: Learn and utilize SQL, Python, or Tableau to visualize data findings effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert management to anomalies.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes and analytical methodologies.
- Market Research: Conduct preliminary research to support strategic planning and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience preferred, but strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL queries is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data simply.
