- Identify emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring AI ROI and ethical compliance
- Partner with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global AI summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-grade AI systems
- Expertise in predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision architectures
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex)
