Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts and market demands
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Identify emerging AI trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI) and translate them into actionable business strategies
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets for next-gen AI projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Ensure ethical AI governance frameworks are implemented across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and neural architecture design
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics, etc.)
- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Strong network within global AI research communities (NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
