Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 AI strategy aligned with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and ethicists
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government AI initiatives
- Oversee R&D investments in emergent AI technologies (AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years at executive level
- PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with quantum machine learning applications
