Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 5-year AI strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-powered products and services that drive competitive advantage
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Present AI strategy and progress to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading AI research institutions and technology providers
- Drive organizational AI literacy through training programs and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in exponential technologies and future trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Experience managing AI budgets exceeding $10M and cross-functional teams of 50+
