Responsibilities
- Architect novel quantum-enhanced neural networks for 2026-era computational frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on DARPA-funded quantum computing projects
- Pioneer real-time multi-dimensional data visualization techniques
- Author white papers for Nature AI and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or similar quantum ML frameworks
- Proficiency with 5+ quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, etc.)
- Track record of translating theoretical models into scalable production systems
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
