Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Lead multidisciplinary research teams to solve complex computational challenges at the intersection of AI and quantum physics
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for real-time language processing across 50+ languages
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI models for next-gen quantum processors
- Present findings at premier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD candidates and interns in advanced machine learning methodologies
- Drive commercialization of research through strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/ML journals with 5000+ citations
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of developing production-scale LLMs achieving SOTA results on GLUE benchmarks
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction techniques
- Experience securing $1M+ in government/industry research grants
