Our Austin hub offers a state-of-the-art lab environment where you'll prototype next-gen AI systems while mentoring a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and UX futurists. This position includes equity participation in our moonshot projects and access to our annual FutureTech Summit in the Swiss Alps.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI product roadmaps aligned with emerging quantum computing and AGI trends
- Lead market analysis for AI adoption in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Prototype AI-human collaboration interfaces using neuromorphic computing
- Drive partnerships with DARPA, EU Horizon, and national AI initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI-first product development methodologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in AI product strategy with 3+ years in quantum/neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record shipping AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in EU AI Act, US NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, and ethical AI
- Experience with AGI safety protocols and alignment research
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Certified in AI Product Strategy (AIPSC) and Quantum Business Applications
