Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models and neural network infrastructures for the 2026 platform roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps to ensure robust production environments.
- Oversee the integration of AI ethics guidelines and bias mitigation strategies into every layer of the system.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex architectural challenges.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
