- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members for strategic decision-making
- Build and mentor an elite innovation team of AI researchers and futurists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, technology foresight, or senior innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, governance frameworks, and responsible innovation
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies preferred
