Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging threats and opportunities in next-gen tech
- Design strategic frameworks for adopting disruptive technologies while managing organizational change
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and invest in pre-IPO technology startups
- Create executive-level briefings translating complex tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Establish innovation pipelines through partnerships with leading research institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing their technology portfolios
- Present strategic forecasts to board members and C-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Biology
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive foresight roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech transformations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry forums
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
