Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting technological adoption curves and societal impacts through 2028
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with emerging quantum and neuromorphic computing paradigms
- Produce strategic whitepapers on AI's role in climate modeling, personalized medicine, and decentralized economies
- Advocate for inclusive AI design principles through stakeholder engagement across diverse demographic segments
- Mentor junior researchers in anticipatory intelligence methodologies and future scenario planning
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for generative AI and synthetic media
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 5+ years applied AI research experience
- Proven track record in developing predictive models for technological disruption (e.g., blockchain, AGI, bio-AI)
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning architectures and neuromorphic computing principles
- Published work on AI ethics, human-AI collaboration, or technological forecasting in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong background in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
