You'll influence global tech policy while mentoring the next generation of AI ethicists and developers. This position reports directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and includes stock options in our pre-IPO growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI impact roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum-AI integration and neuro-symbolic computing
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on ethical AI governance and regulatory frameworks
- Design human-AI collaboration protocols for autonomous systems and decision augmentation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate 2026-era AI startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI adoption velocity and societal impact metrics
- Present at Davos-level summits on AI's role in sustainable development goals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years applied research experience
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on explainable AI or neuro-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions with measurable ROI
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on digital transformation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology foresight projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and AI simulation environments
