Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in advanced R&D or equivalent industry disruption
- Proven track record of shipping paradigm-shifting AI products (quantum/neuromorphic computing preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, alignment, and explainable AI frameworks
- Experience with policy advisory for national/international AI initiatives
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
