Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning/AI or equivalent with 7+ years of R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) or comparable impact
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems serving >1M users
- Deep expertise in quantum computing integration, neuromorphic hardware, and synthetic data generation
