Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent industry breakthrough (e.g., top-tier AI publications)
- 5+ years in AI strategy with 3+ in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record shipping transformative tech products (e.g., GPT-4 level impact)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into visionary narratives
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
