Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and designers in prototyping cutting-edge AI solutions
- Identify emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment across all product lines
- Mentor talent in future-focused skills and foster an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proficiency in future-mapping methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory landscapes
