Responsibilities
- Lead development of next-gen AI systems with quantum-enhanced processing capabilities
- Architect neural interface prototypes for human-computer symbiosis applications
- Oversee autonomous system deployments in regulated industries (healthcare, logistics)
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with quarterly stakeholder reporting to C-suite
- Mentor 12-person cross-functional team across 3 international offices
- File 4+ patents annually in emerging technology domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record shipping 2+ quantum/AI products at scale
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain for federal projects
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting innovations
