Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical risk assessments for AI systems across healthcare, finance, and autonomous domains
- Collaborate with engineers to implement bias detection algorithms in production environments
- Create regulatory compliance frameworks for emerging AI standards (ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish community-centric AI governance principles
- Produce whitepapers on ethical AI implementation for 2026 technological convergence
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise on organizational strategy alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Published research on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals or major conferences
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST RMF)
