Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and predictive algorithms
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to establish ethical protocols for next-gen AI
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through whitepapers, policy briefs, and stakeholder engagements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with ethical compliance standards
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies for 2026 regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models and autonomous systems
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and biotech-AI convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Certificate)
