Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with regulatory trends and societal values
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for AI systems, identifying bias risks and mitigation strategies

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with specialization in AI ethics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy development
- Deep understanding of AI architectures (neural networks, LLMs, autonomous systems) and their societal implications
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
