Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for high-impact AI projects
- Author thought leadership on emerging AI ethical challenges
- Partner with engineering teams to embed privacy-preserving techniques
- Monitor global regulatory developments and advise compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy, or responsible tech implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulations
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in tech or research environments
- Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Publication or public speaking record on AI ethics topics
