- Create training programs on responsible AI development for engineering teams
- Conduct scenario planning for ethical dilemmas in autonomous systems
- Present ethical impact assessments to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
