Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for ML models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Author industry-leading position papers on AI accountability
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in regulatory dialogues
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces with engineering, legal, and policy teams
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) ML principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and government bodies
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
