In this position, you'll collaborate with our quantum computing researchers and neuromorphic engineering teams to develop governance protocols for next-generation AI. You'll influence industry standards while working in our state-of-the-art facility overlooking the Bay, with access to our proprietary neural network simulation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of AI product roadmaps
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
- Monitor global AI regulatory landscapes and adapt organizational policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in high-stakes technology environments
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy preferred
