Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+ use cases
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability
- Monitor emerging regulations and adapt compliance strategies
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI innovation
- Collaborate with engineers to embed ethical safeguards in technical architecture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical literacy in ML/AI development workflows
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published work on AI ethics or related topics preferred
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) beneficial
