Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI models and datasets
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into design sprints
- Author corporate AI ethics policies and compliance documentation
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI initiatives with industry partners
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and advise on strategic responses
- Manage AI ethics incident response protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or ethics committees
