Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI product lifecycles
- Conduct adversarial testing of AI systems to identify ethical vulnerabilities
- Develop auditable bias mitigation protocols for high-impact algorithms
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse community impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for AI deployments in regulated industries
- Pioneer responsible AI metrics aligned with evolving global regulations
- Advise executive leadership on emerging ethical risks in AI adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing operationalized AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience conducting ethics audits for large-scale AI deployments
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with affected communities
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts for technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology domains
