Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create governance policies for AI deployment in sensitive domains
- Mentor junior staff on ethical AI principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance or ethical technology roles
- Proficiency with bias detection tools (e.g., AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI ethics guidelines
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
