Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI development
- Published research in top-tier ethics/AI journals
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong programming skills (Python, R) for bias simulation
