Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives combining ethics, policy, and technical teams
- Create bias mitigation algorithms for real-world deployment scenarios
- Collaborate with UN and EU regulatory bodies on AI governance standards
- Author white papers and ethical guidelines adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Mentor ethics researchers through our Quantum Ethics Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics research with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference modeling
- Proven track record of translating ethics into technical specifications
