Responsibilities

- Establish audit protocols for AI decision-making systems and bias mitigation strategies
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and regulatory discussions

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, data governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in AI fairness, bias detection, and explainable AI techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
