Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 technology roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous systems and predictive algorithms

- Create ethics training programs for technical teams and executive leadership
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics summits and policy discussions
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape future AI legislation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in AI governance or responsible technology leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US regulatory landscape
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML model interpretation tools
- Proven track record of scaling ethics programs across organizations
- Expertise in neuroethics and human-computer interaction principles
