Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics audit frameworks for generative models and autonomous systems
- Develop biometric data governance protocols compliant with emerging federal regulations
- Lead cross-functional working groups on quantum computing ethics and bias mitigation
- Conduct risk assessments for neural interface devices and brain-computer interfaces
- Create transparent AI explainability protocols for high-stakes decision systems
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry conferences and policy summits
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics policy development
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, generative AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation frameworks for ML systems
- Strong background in biometric data privacy and security protocols
