Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models and autonomous systems
- Design ethical review protocols for high-stakes AI applications in healthcare and finance
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish transparent AI decision-making standards
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and metaverse technologies
- Create compliance documentation for international AI governance standards (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Mentor engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Experience with AI impact assessments and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (OECD, NIST, EU AI Act)
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and model auditing
