Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Conduct algorithmic audits of machine learning models for bias mitigation
- Lead cross-functional task forces on quantum ethics and neural network transparency
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Design human-in-the-loop systems for high-impact AI applications
- Author corporate AI ethics policy and stakeholder communication materials
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU Ethics Guidelines, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record in governance of large-scale AI deployments
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Experience developing bias detection tools for neural networks
- Published research on algorithmic transparency or explainable AI
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, IIA) preferred
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy
