This role reports directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and will influence global AI standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous technologies
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, privacy, and compliance risks
- Develop industry-leading AI ethics policies and training programs
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and NGOs to advance responsible AI research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of LLMs, autonomous systems, and biometric AI
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with AI governance councils or standards bodies
